Pour soutenir l'extraordinaire croissance du marché ces dernières années, les fabricants de téléphones portables devaient absolument explorer de nouveaux territoires. Pourquoi pas le sport?
"Je vous parle d'un temps que les moins de vingt ans ne peuvent pas connaître", chantait Aznavour dans La Bohème. Cette définition s'applique aussi très bien aux débuts du téléphone portable. C'était la fin des années 80. Les premiers utilisateurs étaient super fiers d'utiliser ostensiblement leur appareil et commençaient invariablement leur conversation par le célèbre "Devine d'où je t'appelle!". C'était le grand chic! Dans l'intimité des voitures, on pouvait même surprendre des conducteurs qui faisaient semblant de téléphoner en utilisant des appareils factices dans le but d'impressionner les passants... Vrai de vrai! Comme tout cela nous semble lointain aujourd'hui. En quelques années, les téléphones portables se sont banalisés au point qu'on doit s'en priver désormais afin de passer pour un original. Dans nos pays, on compte effectivement un numéro d'appel par habitant. Bref, nous sommes tous plus ou moins "cellularisés".
A la niche!
Après des années de vaches grasses, le problème des fabricants est d'inciter les consommateurs à changer régulièrement d'appareil. Pour cela, ils ajoutent un tas de nouvelles fonctions (appareil photo, MP3, possibilité de surfer sur Internet) jusqu'à faire de ces téléphones de vrais petits ordinateurs portables. La tendance actuelle est à la création de "niches". En langage marketing, il s'agit de segmenter le marché pour décliner le produit en fonction des besoins spécifiques d'une partie des consommateurs. Les coureurs à pied forment une cible intéressante. Après tout, ils représentent environ quinze pour cent de la population et sont souvent très friands de tout ce qui peut les aider à comptabiliser rigoureusement leurs efforts. Ericsson avait ouvert la voie avec son modèle "W710i" qui, en plus des fonctions devenues classiques comme l'appareil photo ou le lecteur MP3, proposait un podomètre. A la fin de la journée, on pouvait connaître le nombre exact de pas accomplis. Nokia a embrayé avec son "5500 Sport" que caractérisent les renforts en caoutchouc (pour éviter que l'appareil ne glisse des mains mouillées pendant l'effort) ainsi qu'un boîtier en acier inoxydable (pour protéger les circuits électriques même dans les pires conditions d'entraînement). Côté technologie, la fonction podomètre se doublait d'une évaluation de la distance parcourue, de la vitesse de course ou du nombre de calories brûlées.
Le meilleur ami de l'homme
L'étape suivante consistait évidemment à marier les progrès de la téléphonie et la géolocalisation. Le Japon a été le premier pays à franchir le pas. L'opérateur "au" s'est associé avec le distributeur local d'Adidas pour lancer le programme "GPS RUN" qui permet de stocker sur le téléphone tous les paramètres de l'entraînement (durée, distance, vitesse) auxquels on accède à la fin de sa séance. Le "Sportio" de Toshiba va plus loin et fournit ces indications en temps réel. Il est équipé en outre d'une fonction "Beat Run" qui adapte automatiquement le tempo de la musique dans les écouteurs au rythme de la course. A notre connaissance, ce modèle n'est pas (encore) distribué en Europe. En revanche, nous avons l'I-Phone. Certes, l'appareil n'a pas été spécialement conçu pour les joggeurs. Mais sur I-store (*), on peut trouver des logiciels gratuits qui utilisent la fonction GPS intégrée du téléphone pour obtenir un tas de données précieuses comme la vitesse, la distance et le dénivelé total de la séance d'entraînement ou même la visualisation sur carte du parcours emprunté. Où tout cela s'arrêtera-t-il? Impossible de le prédire. Adidas et Samsung se sont déjà associés pour créer le "Micoach", un téléphone portable couplé à un cardiofréquencemètre. Executed by the undersigned, as a citizen of the United States, for the purpose of forming a Wisconsin nonstock, non-profit Corporation under Ch. 181 of the Wisconsin Statutes, repealed and recreated by 1997 Wisconsin Act 79, and under the Non-Profit Corporation Law of the United States:
First: The name of the Corporation shall be the "Forward Institute, Inc."
Second: The Corporation is organized under Ch. 181 of the Wisconsin Statutes.
Third: Scott R. Wittkopf, initial registered agent. The physical location and mailing address of the initial registered and principal office of the Corporation is 101 N. Marquette St., Madison, WI 53704, County of Dane.
Fourth: Said Corporation is organized exclusively for educational purposes, including, for such purposes, the making of distributions to individuals and organizations that qualify as exempt under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, or the corresponding section of any future federal tax code. Corporate Assets shall be permanently dedicated to the exempt purpose of funding non-partisan public policy research, publication, and public distribution of said research regarding aforementioned non-partisan public policy issues in the state of Wisconsin.

Upon departure of any director of the Corporation, replacement shall be determined by majority vote of the remaining directors. Additional directors may be added to the Board upon approval of a majority or the current directors. The Corporation shall exist until dissolved by a two-thirds vote of all directors. Upon the conditions outlined above, the Corporation shall be dissolved. See article eight below for dissolution of assets.

People travel from different reasons. Many people think that travelling is a good way to learn about life. We travel on holidays usually abroad. Many people prefer staying at the seaside, lying on the beach, others are interested in local traditions or talking to local people. Travelling is a good way to learn foreign languages, get to know foreign countries or meet new people. For other people travelling is an everyday necessity because they have to commute to school, to work or travel on business trips.
2, My longest journey
The longest journey I have ever made was travelling to Greece with my class .It was last year and we travelled by coach. It took 24 hours and during the journey we had several breaks. The journey was very exhausting. We spent it talking, listening to music, watching videos or sleeping. But it didn´t matter because we were looking forward to our stay.
3, Different means of transporatation
People travel for long or short distances. If we travel a long distance we usually travel by air. It´s exciting fast, comfortable and relatively safe. But there are also disadvantages. Some flight tickets are expensive, we can take only about 20kg of lugagge free of church or a plane can be hickjacked. Travelling by train is quite common way of travelling. People going to work use it daily. It is cheap, less polluting, comfortable and if you are hungry you can eat in a dinnig car. Cons are that slow trains stop at every station. Sometimes compartments are quite dirty and mainly in winter delays are a big problem. Travelling by bus is the most common. People travel by bus every day from different reasons. If we travel on holidays we use coaches. They are quite fast but nowadays the prices of tickets are getting higher and higher. Many people consider car the most comfortable means of travelling. It has got many pros. If we travel for longer distances we can stop when we want or need it. We can take as much luggage as we want. It is quicker than public transport. Cons - the price of petrol is very high so it´s expensive and sometimes traffic jams are a problem. If you want to travel by car you need a driving licence. In comparison with these means of transport walking or riding a bike are the healthiest ways of traveling, safe the nature and they are not polluting.
4, My last holiday
Last year I spent all my holidays at home I was just going to football trainings but 2 years ago we went to Bulgaria with my family. We spent there 10 days in a guest house. It was very interesting holiday because the weather was beautiful and the sea was close to our accomodation. We went for trips to Nesebar which is a wonderful historical town on the Island. Besides it I spend my holidays with my friends, we go camping, swimming or go to a cottage.
5, Package or personal holiday
People are different. Some of them prefer a package holiday, others a personal holiday. If we choose a package holiday, everything is arranged by a travel agency. We choose a package of services like accomodation, transport, half board, full board or selfcatering. But I prefer a personal holiday. On the one hand you have got a lot of work to arrange everything, but on the other hand you can go where you want and do what you want. In the future I would like to visit Marsseille. I would go by car and stay in some hotel on the beach.
6, Travelling in the future
In my opinion people in the future will think more about saving the nature. So I think that the electric car will be quite common. Travelling will be faster and safer and I think that ordinary people will travel into space or to other planets.

摘要
本周消化美联储上周宣布QE3所带来的影响。本周公布的经济数据多数表现疲弱，可见各国进一步放宽货币政策已是无奈之举。美国方面，9月纽约联储制造业指数远不及预期，最近一周初请失业金人数超预期，9月费城联储制造业活动延续萎缩步伐。欧洲方面，欧元区9月Markit综合PMI初值创39个月新低，欧元区9月消费者信心进一步滑落，法国9月Markit/CDAF制造业PMI初值创41个月新低。
日本央行宣布，因全球需求放缓及此前一段时间日元汇率高涨削弱了近期内经济复苏的可能，将通过增加资产购买规模来进一步放宽货币政策。日本央行将资产购买与贷款计划规模扩大10万亿日元，至80万亿日元，增加的部分将用于购买国债和贴现国库券。央行并延长完成资产购买和贷款计划目标的终止时间六个月，至2013年12月。至此，日本央行成为了继欧洲央行和美联储后又一个放松政策的主要国家央行。
* 后市预判
上周，美联储通过了QE3，每月400亿美元购买MBS，无限期，直至经济好转，就业好转。对金融市场产生巨大影响。市场看涨热情空前高涨。
我上周已经提示注意，目前有色金属的品种出现了相对明显的做多热情，虽然我们看空，但是没有操作，完全避免了最后上涨阶段快速杀空的过程。
从技术分析的角度，目前行情的发展，从铝锌的走势看，已经出现突破，即和反弹走势不一致的地方，8月中旬后的走势更像是一种主动浪的走势，而这样的走势出现将导致对整个图形划断跌势和涨势的分界线。即6月中旬从2011年5月来的跌势结束，后期在8月中旬后的突破走势，表明后市将是以上涨为主，虽然整体上仍旧是反弹浪的性质，但是在级别上和时间概念上有和前期下跌走势完全不同的分析判断。
总之，头部不是简单形成的，尤其是简单的下跌就能形成头部，头部都是复杂的。
后市我认为市场还会有再度上涨，毕竟整体行情的启动，已经有了惯性，不会轻易下跌拐头。目前等待回调行情的企稳，等待平台的建立。
现货市场状况
法国巴黎银行将2012年全球基本金属需求增幅预估从4至5%调降到3至4%,并预计需求增幅到2013年温和加速至5%左右。分析师Stephen Briggs在客户报告中称："虽然大家都在说中国经济放缓，周期性和结构性的二者皆有，但是那里的基本金属需求却仍然在增长，至少增长速度变慢了。"其预计中国基本金属需求在2012年平均增长约6%,2013年增长7至8%,都低于2010年的逾15%。Briggs补充称："其他地方的基本金属需求也继续增加，欧洲除外，目前欧洲的首要使用需求占比不到20%（相比之下中国超过40%）。"
铝需求料表现出色，铜需求则料之后，对镍和锡来讲，2012年也同样是一个尤其疲弱的年份。法国巴黎银行预计,2012年余下时间里基本金属会大涨,因其预计美联储将宣布更多量化宽松措施,而中国将进一步出台刺激举措,同时未来数月现货铜市场会更加吃紧。
统计局数据显示，8月中国精铜产量为51.1万吨，环比增加5.8%，同比减少3.4%。进入9月，随着QE3的推出，铜价大幅上涨，预计后期冶炼企业开工率将提升。
今年前8月，只有3月、6月和8月，当月精铜产量超过50万大关。这也符合上海有色网（SMM）之前的预期，在国产铜精矿以及进口铜精矿量的双向保证下，国内冶炼企业检修高峰期结束后，产量回升。
另外随着8月进口废铜到港的增加，以及废铜较电解铜表现出滞跌状态，月内平均电解铜与1#光亮铜的含税价差较7月扩大了近400元/吨至1000元/吨一线。由于废铜电解铜间价差结构的改善，以废铜为原料冶炼的炼厂停止缩减产量，开始增加原料采购量。
进入9月，随着QE3的推出，铜价大幅上涨，废铜与电解铜间价差继续扩大，目前价差已扩大至2000元/吨上下，在价差优势推动下，9月废铜冶炼产量将增加。据上海有色网（SMM）最新调研显示，现货进口铜精矿TC/RC已回升至60美元/吨6.0美元/磅上方，铜价攀升加上加工费好转，SMM预计后期冶炼企业开工率将提升。
1479亿短贷长用 有色企业恐成银行"百慕大"
以江西铜业为例，其经营活动现金流量净额与带息债务比从0.33下降为0.2。其对此解释称，主要是因为经营活动净现金流净额减少为137749万元，较上年同期减少309391万元。
进一步究其原因，主要是其存货较年初增加6672万元，与上年同期较年初减少239643万元相比，两者相加共减少净现金流入246315万元；经营性应收项目较年初增加289134万元，而上年同期为增加356732万元，两者相较增加净现金流入67597万元。
现金流减少必然会影响企业的偿债能力。某投行人士表示，现金债务比考查企业靠经营性质的业务能产生的现金流量来支付带息债务的能力。一般意义上说，越大越好。
在此情况下，偿债风险已经开始显现。
截至9月12日，ST锌业在银行逾期贷款（含承兑汇票及信用证敞口部分）总计71165万元，占公司2011年经审计净资产12206.68万元的583%。
在此情况下，中国银行葫芦岛分行将ST锌业起诉至辽宁省高级人民法院，法院作出判决，查封、扣押、冻结ST锌业及中冶葫芦岛有色金属集团有限公司相当于3.5亿元的银行存款或其他等值财产。
此外，ST珠峰则在中报披露有合计金额7780万元的短期贷款违约，ST珠峰的5笔逾期贷款均属农业银行；ST锌电已将目前自身存在的问题披露为"危机"；株冶集团则表示面临"空前的困难。"
上海有色网对国内铜板带箔企业调研结果显示，10%的企业不看好近期铜价，有38%的企业对后市铜价抱有良好预期。
对后市铜价抱有良好预期的企业表示，近期美国一系列令人失望的经济数据增加了市场对宽松货币政策的预期，近期美国通胀一直维持在较低水平，也为美联储推出QE3扫平了障碍。欧洲也有逐渐走出经济危机泥潭的迹象，西班牙和意大利国债收益率都有所下滑，另近期中国为护航"稳增长"，加快了各项经济刺激政策的出台。这些都将成为铜价上行的动力，多数企业认为近期上方阻力在8400美元/吨。
33%的受调研者表示后期铜价维持高位震荡整理走势。企业认为，近期铜价的上涨仅源于消息层面因素，铜价的长期上涨需要基本面作为支撑，但铜消费并未出现好转迹象。且从中国近期公布出来的8月各项经济数据来看，投资、消费和净出口均不见起色。短暂的利好和利空因素均难使铜价形成上涨或下跌的趋势。
10%的企业不看好近期铜价。这部分企业认为，铜价由于受消息面的推动上涨，但实际消费情况并不乐观，下游消费仍未显现无好转，行情反转依然不具备有力的条件，后期还将拖累铜价。
另有19%的企业对后期铜价持不明朗态度。（上海有色网）

市场进入前期2和3月份的密集成交盘整区域，在后期利好有限的情况下，盘整或者回调是主场近期主旋律。鉴于回调已经发生，后市也许在此展开盘整也是一种选择，为最后的上涨创新高，集聚能量。目前正好是盘整的一种表现。

美元指数如果无力突破78.6区域，后市反弹是可以预期的。鉴于目前商品已经展开回调，而且美元指数也没有突破78.1，所以后市在此进行复杂的走势，是大概率。
如果跌破78.1，后市下跌空间无限。
目前看来，迟早是要破78.1，目标77.0一线，否则有色不足以创新高。而目前我分析，创新高是必然，所以必破78.1！

市场处于调整中
--上涨还没有最终结束
摘要
本周消化美联储上周宣布QE3所带来的影响。本周公布的经济数据多数表现疲弱，可见各国进一步放宽货币政策已是无奈之举。美国方面，9月纽约联储制造业指数远不及预期，最近一周初请失业金人数超预期，9月费城联储制造业活动延续萎缩步伐。欧洲方面，欧元区9月Markit综合PMI初值创39个月新低，欧元区9月消费者信心进一步滑落，法国9月Markit/CDAF制造业PMI初值创41个月新低。
日本央行宣布，因全球需求放缓及此前一段时间日元汇率高涨削弱了近期内经济复苏的可能，将通过增加资产购买规模来进一步放宽货币政策。日本央行将资产购买与贷款计划规模扩大10万亿日元，至80万亿日元，增加的部分将用于购买国债和贴现国库券。央行并延长完成资产购买和贷款计划目标的终止时间六个月，至2013年12月。至此，日本央行成为了继欧洲央行和美联储后又一个放松政策的主要国家央行。
* 后市预判
上周，美联储通过了QE3，每月400亿美元购买MBS，无限期，直至经济好转，就业好转。对金融市场产生巨大影响。市场看涨热情空前高涨。
我上周已经提示注意，目前有色金属的品种出现了相对明显的做多热情，虽然我们看空，但是没有操作，完全避免了最后上涨阶段快速杀空的过程。
从技术分析的角度，目前行情的发展，从铝锌的走势看，已经出现突破，即和反弹走势不一致的地方，8月中旬后的走势更像是一种主动浪的走势，而这样的走势出现将导致对整个图形划断跌势和涨势的分界线。即6月中旬从2011年5月来的跌势结束，后期在8月中旬后的突破走势，表明后市将是以上涨为主，虽然整体上仍旧是反弹浪的性质，但是在级别上和时间概念上有和前期下跌走势完全不同的分析判断。
总之，头部不是简单形成的，尤其是简单的下跌就能形成头部，头部都是复杂的。
后市我认为市场还会有再度上涨，毕竟整体行情的启动，已经有了惯性，不会轻易下跌拐头。目前等待回调行情的企稳，等待平台的建立。
现货市场状况
法国巴黎银行将2012年全球基本金属需求增幅预估从4至5%调降到3至4%,并预计需求增幅到2013年温和加速至5%左右。分析师Stephen Briggs在客户报告中称："虽然大家都在说中国经济放缓，周期性和结构性的二者皆有，但是那里的基本金属需求却仍然在增长，至少增长速度变慢了。"其预计中国基本金属需求在2012年平均增长约6%,2013年增长7至8%,都低于2010年的逾15%。Briggs补充称："其他地方的基本金属需求也继续增加，欧洲除外，目前欧洲的首要使用需求占比不到20%（相比之下中国超过40%）。"
铝需求料表现出色，铜需求则料之后，对镍和锡来讲，2012年也同样是一个尤其疲弱的年份。法国巴黎银行预计,2012年余下时间里基本金属会大涨,因其预计美联储将宣布更多量化宽松措施,而中国将进一步出台刺激举措,同时未来数月现货铜市场会更加吃紧。
统计局数据显示，8月中国精铜产量为51.1万吨，环比增加5.8%，同比减少3.4%。进入9月，随着QE3的推出，铜价大幅上涨，预计后期冶炼企业开工率将提升。
今年前8月，只有3月、6月和8月，当月精铜产量超过50万大关。这也符合上海有色网（SMM）之前的预期，在国产铜精矿以及进口铜精矿量的双向保证下，国内冶炼企业检修高峰期结束后，产量回升。
另外随着8月进口废铜到港的增加，以及废铜较电解铜表现出滞跌状态，月内平均电解铜与1#光亮铜的含税价差较7月扩大了近400元/吨至1000元/吨一线。由于废铜电解铜间价差结构的改善，以废铜为原料冶炼的炼厂停止缩减产量，开始增加原料采购量。
